The
two place Funk aircraft was originally
built in Akron OH and later Coffeeville
KS. This particular airplane, built
in 1948, is the last production model and
has been owned only by the Funk
Manufacturing Company and the family of
its present owner. In 1995 it
received the Reserve Grand Champion award
at the world famous EAA Oshkosh
convention.
